Custom Orders & Design Services
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all custom printing and design orders are final sale and non-refundable once production or design work has started. Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spelling, sizing, colors, and artwork details before approval.
If an issue is determined to be caused by ExpressPrints365, including printing defects or order errors, we may provide a replacement, store credit, discount, or full refund depending on the situation and the best resolution for the issue.
ExpressPrints365 is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other delays outside of our control.
Colors shown on screens, phones, tablets, or previous prints are not guaranteed to match exactly due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, ink, materials, resolution, and color profiles.
