At ExpressPrints365, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional shipping on every order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and artwork approval. Production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, design revisions, holidays, or high-order volume periods.

Custom printing and design orders are completed as quickly as possible while maintaining quality standards.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping services. Shipping timeframes begin after production is completed and your order has shipped.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. ExpressPrints365 is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Delays & Carrier Issues

ExpressPrints365 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package or items if applicable. We will review the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international or large-volume shipping requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.
